Brielle Mulligan, OTR/L, DrOT, CFPS is a licensed occupational therapist who brings a holistic, function-driven approach to care, helping individuals maintain independence and engagement in meaningful daily activities. Brielle is a Certified Fall Prevention Specialist (CFPS) and is certified in dementia care. With a deep-rooted passion for working with residents experiencing dementia and cognitive decline, Brielle is skilled in developing individualized treatment plans that are realistic, purposeful, and aligned with each person’s prognosis and potential. She is a strong advocate for collaborative care, partnering with nursing staff, caregivers, families, and fellow therapists to ensure continuity and consistency across the continuum.
