Clinic Manager
Colleen Schreier, MSOT, OTR/L, is a licensed and registered occupational therapist with extensive experience providing physical and cognitive rehabilitation to adults across the lifespan. She is passionate about delivering client-centered, holistic care that empowers individuals to achieve their highest level of functional independence and participation in activities of daily living and daily routines. Colleen integrates evidence-based interventions within a collaborative, interdisciplinary framework to promote meaningful and lasting functional outcomes. She is known for implementing comprehensive treatment plans that target strength, endurance, balance, coordination, and dual-tasking while integrating patient education, family training, and home safety to help individuals meet their long-term goals. She is also a strong advocate for fall prevention and wellness programming to support safe, independent aging.
Colleen has a specialized interest and a strong, developing skill set in upper extremity rehabilitation from the shoulder to the hand. She has completed multiple manual therapy courses through the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine and is actively pursuing her Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy for the hand and upper extremity. With prior experience providing conservative and post-surgical care in an orthopedic setting, she is currently leading the development of the outpatient occupational therapy program at ATTAIN's Edison JCC location.
