Dr. Matthew Cifelli is the Founder and CEO of Attain, a fast-growing national rehabilitation provider specializing in physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. A licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and proud graduate of Quinnipiac University, Dr. Cifelli blends clinical expertise with strategic business acumen to reimagine how rehabilitation is delivered. Since founding Attain, he has led the organization’s expansion across multiple states, building a network of outpatient clinics and forging key partnerships with senior housing communities. His leadership centers on creating scalable systems that put patient outcomes and experience at the forefront. In recognition of his impact and innovation, Dr. Cifelli was named a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
