As Managing Partner and President of Attain, Harris brings a deep-rooted passion for leveraging innovation to improve outcomes and operational efficiency across the healthcare continuum. With a background in software engineering, Harris began his career founding and growing a successful managed service provider (MSP) before transitioning into healthcare—first as an investor, then as a transformative operator.
His tech-enabled approach to business has shaped Attains growth into a national rehabilitation provider, now serving thousands of patients monthly across the United States. Harris currently serves on the advisory boards of several early-stage and growth-stage companies, offering strategic guidance on scaling operations, integrating emerging technologies, and navigating competitive market dynamics. He remains at the forefront of applying artificial intelligence to streamline care delivery, enhance patient experience, and optimize backend operations. Under his leadership, Attain has been recognized with several industry honors, including NJ Bizs “Emerging Business of the Year.” Outside of Attain, Harris is committed to mentoring the next generation of founders and investing in ventures that drive innovation and create meaningful impact.
