Richa Ranade, PT, DPT is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with extensive experience in orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and neurologic rehabilitation. She is certified in Dry Needling and Graston technique, both of which she frequently integrates into her care plans when treating those recovering from acute injuries or when managing chronic orthopedic conditions. She integrates traditional physical therapy concepts with knowledge from these certifications to create comprehensive programs for her patients that result in best outcomes. Richa is also certified in LSVT BIG, allowing her to provide specialized care for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders.
Richa is known for her ability to develop detailed, evidence-based treatment plans that address both immediate impairments and long-term functional goals. She takes a whole-person approach—combining manual therapy, neuromotor retraining, and therapeutic exercise to promote strength, mobility, and body awareness. She has extensive experience working with many orthopedic patient demographics, including collegiate athletes, power lifters, weekend warriors, and individuals seeking to return weekend hobbies. Richa prides herself in not only treating her patients, but in being a trusted resource for patients to help them navigate the healthcare system in order to access integrated care that addresses the patient in a holistic manner.
