Truly a different physical therapy experience. As an elderly woman who lives alone, I was always afraid of falling in my home and not being able to get up or breaking a bone. As a professional soccer player, I’ve had many injuries on and off throughout the years. Most recently I tore my ACL and doctors told me that my career could potentially be over. That wasn’t an option for me. A friend of mine had recommended seeing Dr. Matt because he had a ton of experience taking care of athletes from the MLS, NFL, NBA and many Olympians so I figured this guy would definitely know his stuff. Well, he far exceeded my expectations and was able to get my back on the field in record time. His systematic and extremely detailed approach is something I’ve never experience before. I started coming to Attain Physical Therapy after I strained my hamstring working out. I love being active and living an active lifestyle, so naturally I’m bound to get twinges along the way. I love Attain Physical Therapy! Dr. Matt and Norman are an awesome team. I have seen Dr. Matt, in the past for a shoulder injury and most recently for low back pain both of which he was able to completely resolve. What I really appreciate is at no point did he have me stop my regular workout routines but instead made sure I was doing things to strengthen the injured area.
